Hayden House 

There are six gorgeous bedrooms to choose from at Hayden House, sleeping 11 adults. The master bedroom with super-king four poster bed & ensuite bathroom. There is a further super-king bedroom with French-style bed & armoire. Together with a king sized bedroom with upholstered headboard. Plus a gorgeous rustic single room. Amongst the eaves is a pretty twin bedroom with wrought iron beds & on the ground floor there is an easy access king sized bedroom next to the luxurious shower room. 

Hayden House has two family bathrooms the first being a luxurious shower room on the ground floor with easy access - perfect if you've just come back from a day on the beach or long walk. The other on the first floor with roll top bath and shower. The master bedroom has a very large ensuite with free standing roll top bath. All coming with gorgeous Neal's Yard products. 

A traditional farmhouse kitchen that is the heart of Hayden House with warm AGA stove, fridge freezer, combo microwave and all the utensils you might ever need - even including a retro vintage Kenwood cake mixer. Also, there will be a complimentary welcome hamper with the essentials and a few surprises!

Gather round the old farmhouse table in the dining room at the front of the house over looking the green countryside fields where our sheep reside and lovely views of the village church and newly planted apple orchard.  

Get the popcorn ready & enjoy our movie room with 65" Smart TV, comfy seating & beanbags, classic playstation 2 console and vast DVD collection.

On the ground floor there is a traditional sitting room with 3 sofas and countryside views - making it the perfect reading spot.  On those cooler nights turn on the gas wood burning stove and get cozy all together.  

Step into nature & enjoy the garden which over looks the green fields, apple orchard, village church and has a tucked away walled garden for you to seek out. In the walled garden we have a small swing set and mini goal - fun for all the family.  Gather all together for food around the many large & small rustic table & chairs we have about the place or find a secluded spot to yourself.
